Owner Galen Evans and his team have garnered a number of prestigious awards including the very first LEEDS Platinum home in Western Canada. This project received the national SAM award for the Greenest Home in Canada in 2010 by the Canadian Home Builders Association. Galen is also a Georgie Award winner and finalist in multiple categories including a nomination for Custom Home Builder of the year. Heart and a commitment to his customers lead Galen’s pursuits and awards are a natural result of this commitment to the homeowner experience.
Certifications
Galen and his team have a combined 40 years of industry experience and Galen himself is Gold Seal Certified by the BC Construction Association and holds multiple Project Management Professional certifications. A commitment to excellence and sustainability is also reflected in Galen’s Built Green BC builder status and his ongoing engagement with the Homebuilders Association of Vancouver (HAVAN).
